Job Description: As a Bike Mechanic, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining bicycles to ensure they are in optimal working condition. You will work directly with customers to provide high-quality service, resolve issues efficiently, and keep our workshop organized and stocked.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience as a bike mechanic or in a similar role is preferred. Familiarity with a wide range of bike models and brands is a plus.
- Skills: Strong mechanical skills with the ability to diagnose and repair complex issues. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Customer Service: Good communication skills and a customer-oriented approach. Ability to explain technical issues in a clear and understandable manner.
- Knowledge: Understanding of bicycle components, tools, and repair techniques. Awareness of current trends and advancements in cycling technology.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications or training in bike mechanics are advantageous but not required.
